Business compliance is all about how a company obeys all the essential laws and regulations to run the company.

Once the company is registered, business person needs to file compliances on time to the Registrar of company and other authorities.

There are 2 types of compliances, one is Event based compliances and second is Annual or Regular Compliances.

In regular compliances we need to file some specific forms to ROC without delay. If delay occurs then penalty would be imposed on the company or directors. Whereas in Event based compliances, if event occur then need to file form to the ROC.

Some events are, Director Appointment, Director Removal, Capital increment, Name change, Registered office shifting etc.

Some common forms for annual compliances are, DIR-3 KYC, MGT-7, MGT7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, ADT-1, MGT-14, DIR-12 Etc.

Some other compliances are filing of ITR, GST returns, preparation of business accounts etc.
